Last December, I received a bill from Virtuox for a lab test. I called the billing department and provided them with my insurance details.

Over a month later, I got back a billing statement saying that my insurance couldn't ID me. I called again and confirmed my insurance details. Over a month alter, I got back a billing statement saying my insurance couldn't ID me. By then, I was no longer on insurance that covered the test.

I wrote a complaint letter to Virtuox explaining the situation and received no reply.

Nearly 2 months later, I received an automated phone call telling me my bill was overdue. I am now writing a complaint letter to Virtuox Corporate and informing the Better Business Bureau, which already has 16 complaints lodged against this company.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Waive the bill because of Virtuox's failure to properly bill insurance.

Virtuox Cons: Automated billing, Delay in sending bill, Refusal to respond to complaint.
